Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?+
For weddings, galas, and major conferences, 3–6 months out gives us the most flexibility on equipment and crew. For smaller meetings, or if your event is coming up fast, call us directly — we regularly turn around bookings within a few days.
Do you provide equipment-only rentals, or crew too?+
Both. We offer full-service production with our own crew running the show, and equipment rental on its own for teams that already have production support in place.
Do you work on political or government events?+
Yes — it's a significant part of what we do. We're nonpartisan, sign NDAs as standard practice, and our crew can pass the background checks required for secured government and political venues.
